Nothing is paid until it is checked.

Fake bank details look like a real invoice. The agents spot them before the payment.

In brief

A fake change of bank details looks like a real invoice: same supplier, same amount, a different account. ITHA sets up AI agents that compare each invoice with the purchase order, the delivery and your past payments. If anything does not match, the payment waits for your decision. For a firm that receives at least twenty supplier invoices a month.

  1. Invoice checked against the order and the delivery.
  2. New bank details compared with your past payments.
  3. File on hold for your decision.

Changed bank details, from the email to the call.

Today, the invoice arrives by email, your bookkeeper enters it, the payment goes out. The purchase order is in your accounting software, the delivery docket in a shared folder, past payments in your accounts. Each app sees its part; before each payment, nobody has time to match it all.

How it was found

Each new bill is compared with the same supplier’s bills of the last twelve months: work, period, amount.

Query drafted (extract)

“Invoice INV-2231 covers office cleaning for August, already invoiced under INV-2207 and paid on 09/09/2026. Could you confirm it was sent in error, or tell us what work it covers?”

Agreed rule: any query about money goes through you.

Your accounting software checks the bill it is given. The same work under a new invoice number looks like a new bill.

Questions

Before you hand over your invoices.

What if my software already does it?

Then ITHA does not redo it. The feasibility check notes what your software already does; the agent takes only the rest, starting with the discrepancies.

ITHA is not useful yet for a firm that receives fewer than twenty supplier invoices a month.

Can an agent pay an invoice for me?

No. It checks the bill and, if anything does not match, keeps the file on hold. The agent is given no access to make payments: the payment goes out from your bank, approved by a person in your firm.

Does the agent need access to our bank account?

No. It reads the bills, supplier details and payments recorded in your accounting software, with your consent. Bank feed data is not available in every package; your bank account itself stays with your team.
