The people who scope your task set it up and stay with it.
Based in Sydney. You deal directly with ITHA’s founders.
In brief
ITHA sets up a secure AI for consulting and professional services firms, connected to your documents and apps, then adds agents for the repetitive work. Your team reviews and decides. Its founders scope each task, set up the agents and stay with them.

The people behind ITHA.
You deal directly with ITHA’s founders, from the first conversation to go-live.

Based in Sydney, Mélanie knows what wins a proposal, and how quickly it has to go out.
In consulting, then in B2B services, she has advised more than 60 business clients, built business cases for chief executives and executive committees, and set up the commercial function of a Sydney services firm. She runs the feasibility check with you, so the agents take on the work that costs your senior people the most time.

Romain builds your agents, and knows what today’s AI can be trusted with and what it cannot.
As an IT strategy consultant, he helped scope a three-region finance transformation for one of the world’s largest reinsurers, after working on KYC checks and contract signing for a savings platform with over a million members. Since early 2026 he has run his own AI agent infrastructure, including sourced tender preparation, with validation checks and human approval built in: the foundations ITHA installs in your firm.
The same people stay with you, and everything is in writing, even a no.
The people who look at your task are the ones who set it up, then answer when it changes.
Three commitments
Direct contact
If anyone else works on your project, they are named in the proposal.
In writing
Notes, scope, fixed price: nothing is left unwritten.
A reasoned no
If your software or a subscription already does the job, ITHA tells you so in writing.
If you leave, data, history, automations and documentation are handed over, ready to reinstall, within the time set in the contract.
What ITHA declines, and why.
Ranking or scoring candidates.
The agents prepare the file of the person you have chosen.
Paying on your behalf.
A payment always starts with a person on your team.
Signing or submitting in your name.
A contract, a tender response or a declaration is signed and submitted by your team.
Redoing what your software already does.
If a subscription is enough, ITHA says so.
View after the first conversation
Your request
Automate reminders for your overdue client invoices.
ITHA’s view
No, not now.
Why
Xero, which you already use, sends invoice reminders. Turn them on: they are enough for your volume.
What would be worth it
A check before each supplier payment, once you receive at least twenty supplier invoices a month.
No, not now.Xero, which you already use, is enough for your volume.
